The Cross Refrigeration Team is a strong mix of engineers some who are with the Company over 25 years. The Cross philosophy is to grow our own talent and over the years the Cross Engineers have been the best teachers for the apprentices coming through. Their knowledge for troubleshooting issues is what makes Cross a leader in the field.

We have also been fortunate in recent years with our experienced hires and are always looking for new talent.
